I recently had a great stay at a welcoming hostel in Palma. the staff at Y Hostel were so friendly and caring, going the extra mile to make me feel included and comfortable. They even remembered my name and gave me recommendations for exploring the city. the location was convenient, and the beds were super comfy, with curtains for privacy. I also appreciated the free lockers provided with the beds. it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay at a hostel again. Cons: No 🎮 area and small kitchen with limited space for storage.

The heating in the room was difficult to adjust, causing some discomfort during the night. the location was a bit far from the city center, but the walk along the promenade was enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel. the staff, especially Alejandro, made us feel incredibly welcome and their joyful attitude brightened our day. the place was spotlessly clean, thanks to Alejandro's hard work. the kitchen and bathrooms were super clean, with a cleanliness rating of 10 out of ten. We would definitely recommend this hostel without any hesitation.

The beds at Y Hostel - Albergue Juvenil were incredibly comfortable, and the privacy curtains were a nice touch. I loved the vibrant and friendly atmosphere, with people even inviting me to join in on salsa lessons. Additionally, the hostel offered free lockers for added security.

While the bathrooms were overall clean, I did notice that the bathing area could have been better maintained. The kitchen could also use some improvements, such as having a stove for cooking instead of just microwaves.

The value for money at this hostel was amazing, with comfortable beds, modern furniture, and privacy curtains. The location was convenient, with a nearby bus station and a beach accessible by a short bus ride. The staff were the highlight of my stay, always friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The breakfast menu could be improved by including basic beverages like tea or coffee.

Each bed had its own locker for luggage, which was convenient. the spacious and clean bathroom was a plus, and the common area was comfortable and inviting. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any requests. the location near a bus stop made it easy to access the city center, or you could choose to walk. I highly recommend this hostel for budget travelers who still want some privacy.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the main attractions and conveniently located near public transportation. Additionally, I really enjoyed the convenient amenities provided, such as a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable common area to relax in after a long day of exploring.

It seemed as though it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and the air conditioning was not working properly, leaving the room uncomfortably hot.
